*All prices above are excluding VAT, when you go to buy a ticket VAT will be added (@19%). Individual tickets can be bought using American Express, Mastercard, Visacard or iDeal and you will be sent a receipt. PICNIC multiple tickets package
The PICNIC multiple tickets packages only applies on the full three day conference tickets.
You want to buy 5 conference tickets and get 1 additional ticket for free? Or buy 10 tickets and receive 2 extra tickets for free? Just send an email to registration@crossmediaweek.org (with your company name, contact details, how many tickets you would like to purchase and where the invoice should be sent, plus your VAT number) and they will assist you further.
Explanation of Tickets
1. Full conference ticket
Includes 3-day access to the conference program, specials (unless invitation only), Green Challenge award ceremony and social events. Also provides 2 lunches and some refreshments.
2. Conference day ticket
Includes 1-day access to the conference program, specials (unless invitation only) and social events. Also provides 1 lunch and some refreshments to be consumed on the specified event day.
3. Full specials ticket
Includes 3-day access to all specials (unless invitation only) and social events. Also provides 2 lunches and some refreshments.
4. Specials day ticket
Includes 1-day access to specials (unless invitation only) and social events. Also provides 1 lunch and some refreshments, only to be consumed on the specified event day.
Additional catering tokens can be bought at the registration desk and all catering desks.
PICNIC Labs
Interested in participating in one of the PICNIC Labs? Now you can apply for attendance via this website by indicating which Lab has caught your attention and filling in your personal details. Applications are accepted until September 8. The Lab organising party will select the applicants that best fit its delegate profile. Selected applicants will receive a confirmation, two weeks before the conference starts. Attendance is free, but does not include lunch or refreshments.
